Duncan Chandler

Duncan heads the Financial Services Group, having joined Cavendish in 2018. Previously head of M&A at Blenheim Chalcot, a fintech VC fund, and prior to that head of banking-related M&A at Deloitte.

Duncan’s experience covers banking, leasing, wealth management, payments and fintech, executing transactions for all types of clients from high street banks, insurers and private equity to challenger banks and start-ups.

Recent sell-side work includes the sales of ClearScore to Experian, International Currency Exchange to HNA, Vertex Mortgage Services to Capita and Lombard (Friends Life) to Blackstone.

Duncan graduated from Oxford University in 1997 with an honours degree in French and History, and also holds a Masters in Finance from LBS.
