Leigh joined the finnCap Group in 2019 to lead Private Equity sponsor coverage, focused on managing and developing relationships within the UK mid-market private equity community.

Leigh previously spent five years with mid-market accounting firm RSM, where he was instrumental in building the private equity coverage team in the UK. He spent much of his time managing reciprocity with key private equity funds and originating deal flow for the mergers and acquisition team.

Prior to his corporate finance career Leigh spent seven years working as a corporate head-hunter across London and the Middle East focused on the accounting and advisory sectors.
