Cavendish Corporate Finance is delighted to announce the sale of Barbican Dental Care to Bupa, the UK-based international healthcare group. Barbican Dental Care is a specialist corporate dental business, offering affordable private dental care and corporate dental plans to firms based in the City, West End and Canary Wharf. The 24 surgeries operate from nine sites providing general, specialist and cosmetic dentistry.
The deal meets Bupa Dental Services’ desire to acquire high-quality private practices based in locations that are convenient for corporate and business centres.
Neil Sikka, who founded Barbican Dental Care in 1992, said:

Bupa plans to become one of the UK’s biggest chains of private dentists.
