Cavendish Corporate Finance (‘Cavendish’), the specialist sell-side mid-market M&A firm, has advised industrial investment company Clyde Blowers Capital (‘CBC’) on its sale of hydraulic technologies provider Hydreco Hydraulics (‘Hydreco’) to Duplomatic Motion Solutions (‘Duplomatic’), sponsored by Alcedo SGR.
Hydreco has developed an industry leading product portfolio for the hydraulics market, including pumps and motors, power take off units, cylinders, valves and pilot controls, targeting applications where customers require an engineered solution.  Since acquiring Hydreco in 2008, CBC has developed and broadened Hydreco’s range of products and expanded their market presence. Hydreco’s global footprint now includes a presence in China, India and Australia, across the transport, defence, and construction sectors.  The acquisition of Hydreco consolidates Duplomatic’s position as a leader in the global motion control market.
