The Den Boer family has sold J. den Boer to Verboon Maasland for US$18 million.
J. den Boer provides a comprehensive combination of activities to engage in all aspects of earth, road and water works projects. Typical projects include nature development, construction and maintenance of dikes, unloading of silt, activities related to river control programs and track preparation for construction of highways and railways. J. den Boer has its own top-of-class infrastructure with SI-certified mobile pontoons and barges, transshipment locations along the large Dutch rivers and a modern fleet of earth moving machinery and transportation trucks.
Verboon Maasland is a contractor for groundwork, roadwork and water works. The company specializes in site preparations, dredging, flood control, land remediation and quay reinforcements.
