We are delighted that Dame Karen Jones is able to join us as our guest speaker.

Karen’s career has encompassed founding and growing companies large and small. She co-founded Café Rouge in 1989, and became CEO of the Spirit pub group in 2002, buying Scottish & Newcastle pubs in 2003. She was Co-Founder and chair of the Food & Fuel group of gastropubs which was sold to TRG in 2018.

She is Chair of Hawksmoor and sits on the Boards of Whitbread, Deliveroo and Mowgli and is also a Commissioner of The Crown Estate.

Karen also Co-Chair’s the Hospitality Sector Council with the Minister for Hospitality at the Department of Business and Trade.
