Emily is a Director within the Corporate Finance team at finnCap and has 13 years corporate finance advisory experience. She has been involved in numerous ECM transactions across the Main Market’s Official List & AIM, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, private fundraisings and M&A, across a number of sectors.

Emily leads on finnCap’s public company non-executive network, with the objective of bringing together the SME non-executive community.
