
Mike joined finnCap Cavendish in 2016. Since then he has worked on a number of transactions across the business services and technology sectors, with a particular interest in edtech. Notable deals include the sale of GCSEPod (Soundbite Learning) to Access Group, Xexec to Castik Capital & Abry Partners, and the sale of Star Practice Management to IRIS Software Group.
Mike joined finnCap Cavendish from Deloitte where he worked with a diversified client portfolio, consisting of listed multinational organisations to private UK-based companies.
Mike graduated from The University of Southampton with a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Management in 2012 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2015.
