Cavendish Corporate Finance, the specialist sell-side M&A firm, has advised on the minority sale of Creative Parking Solutions (“Creative”) to Rockpool Investments, a London-based private equity firm.
Creative has grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of technology-led car park solutions. The business is backed by premium technology, has grown at an exceptional rate in recent years and now represents a strong platform for growth going forward.
The Cavendish team was led by John Farrugia and Jon Edirmanasinghe.
