The private shareholders of Femme Laboratório da Mulher have sold a majority stake in the company to L Catterton. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Femme Laboratório da Mulher is a pioneer Brazilian lab for image diagnostics and blood tests focused on women. The company raised capital in 2014 and has currently six units.
L Catterton is the world’s leading consumer-focused private equity firm with over 28 years in business and 17 offices around the world. In Brazil, L Catterton has invested in St Marche and Espaço Laser.
